"Hi, haven't I always provided the font you requested?
I always followed your instructions.
Before the project opened, you only asked me to add a word, but as the project progressed, you asked me to change several things in the design, including the circled letters, which didn't go as agreed.
You gave me an inappropriate rating, and I'm a little disappointed."
