Community Bulletin Board App Needs Bold Header Design

LocalMagnifier

LocalMagnifier is a digital community bulletin board mobile app that helps users easily find local information. Users can make posts into various categories and geotag the post so others in their community can find that information. Different types of posts include events, promotions, and general posts. We also spotlight the profiles of local businesses and organizations. Our target for the app are local businesses and community members.

Need main header and matching sub-header designed for local community bulletin board app.

Please note that we will be redesigning the six colored icons below the main header - We will redesign them to match the winning header design. We say that so that you will not feel constrained to have your design match the six icons. The icon colors will remain the same, but we will be changing the shape and style of the icons.

Would like a clean, bold, and modern design with an optional illustration that doesn't clash with the main look of the app. Typography is very important. You have creative freedom, you do not need to keep the other elements that are currently on the designs like the "walking lady or thumbtack.
