Simple & Easy To Use App To Help User's Achieve Their Goals & Improve Their Life

This app is a mix of life-couching and goal achievement.

Overall it needs to be very simple and clean, this app doesn't have a ton of functionality and I would like the design to reflect that.

Goal Getter

I've attached some screenshots below of a previous design, the only thing I really like about it is the swiping left and right to navigate between cards. But I'm not married to that functionality and would just like the best design for my users.

There are two screens I would like designed.

1. The Home Screen:
- This will be a list of 3 cards (max 4) that each has a specific
role (Goal Card, Image Maker Card, and Self Confidence
Formula Card). The user will open to view the detailed view of
that specific card. There should be three other actions on the
home screen that a user can take, one to access the user's
calendar to see the recorded times and dates the user has
opened and used each card on the home screen. The second
should take the user to their profile account screen. The third
action on the home screen will take the user to a screen with a
list of pre recorded videos to help encourage the user on their
journey.
2. Card Detail Screen:
- Once the user navigates to the card detail screen there should
be a way for the user to navigate back, there should be a way to
checkmark (complete) their card view for that day so it will
show up on that calendar that they viewed & read their card for
that day. There should be a scrollable block of text and a way
for the user to edit that text.
