Hey, I'm Patricia Speicher, and in my first life, I'm a mortgage financing specialist. I've been self-employed for the past 5 years. Now, I want to offer my clients the exclusive service of a real estate agent - in other words, selling properties. My brand name originates from the fact that among friends, I've always been known as 'The Speicherin,' even before I was married to my husband. This coincidence works out quite well because 'Speicher' is a synonym for 'attic' or 'loft,' which naturally aligns perfectly with the real estate industry. My logo should be clear and straightforward without any frills. I aim to appeal to both male and female clients. What sets me apart are two things: as a mortgage financing specialist, I have a deep understanding of real estate and how it can be financed, and I can perfectly explain and obtain the specific documents. In Germany, it's customary for real estate agents to take a 3.57% commission from both the buyer and seller - I want to change that and take the 3.57% but fairly split between the two parties! I hope this gives you a good insight into my plans and helps you in creating a logo. Perhaps it would be a cool idea to somehow incorporate an attic in the form of a triangle as an icon. Not any specific ones, but I think something simple in dark grey / white would be the easiest to use. Brand colors etc. are not excisting yet.

Aus Lizenzgründen ist es besser dem Kunden die Informationen zur Schriftart mitzuteilen und wie man diese kaufen kann, ohne dabei die eigentlichen Dateien zur Verfügung zu stellen.
