Generally speaking design should be very clean and professional. Limited use of color; just enough to grab attention.
Use of coastal, water, sun, and homes are welcome although not mandatory for any. These elements should be simple, understated and pleasing to the eye.
A logo that is colored with an inlay is also welcome although not mandatory.
SD Coastal Properties is a boutique real estate company based in San Diego focused primarily on the exclusive high-end market of residential real estate. In the future, we may branch out into property management and appraisal services. The website is a focal point for property searches in coastal San Diego and a resource on local communities.
I am also looking for a business card that has a similar style or design as the attached. Also, following the contest, I may be interested in a facebook header and business cards that we can negotiate in a 1-on-1 deal following the contest.
