● OUR MISSION:
With Trastic we want to create a brand to revolutionize the furniture industry and at the same time make the world a little better for us and our children. Raise awareness for plastic use and eliminate the image of a cheap disposable material.

● WHAT, HOW & WHY:
We build innovative solid material panels made from 100% recycled plastic. In a further step create unique, handcrafted design pieces for hotels, businesses as well as everybody’s homes.
We try to remove discarded plastic from nature and give it a second – more glamourous – life. The sheets are made by compression of sorted, cleaned and shredded plastic flakes with pressure and temperature. Every piece a one of a kind and represents
the symbiosis between sustainability and design - practical like plastic, sustainable like wood.
There is a huge variety of products that can be made from recycled plastic flakes. A few for example: sheets, furniture, accessories, (meeting/dining/coffee) - tables, countertops, kitchen fronts, bath furnishings.
All the things we produce are re-recycleable in the sense of circular design. There are various creative possibilities with raw-material, colour and concept. Trastic sheets are far superior to wood as it’s more robust, water resistant and even 3D formable. On top it’s “climate-positive” and will tell numerous stories.
Design options range from classic black, grey and white to crazy multi colored variations – there are numerous possibilities according to customer requirements.

● WHO FOR:
We have an informal & friendly relationship with our customers – most of the time they come back for further business. We love to experiment a lot and the process to find the perfect solution together with the clients. All of our work has high standards in terms of quality, usability and sustainability in every process. We are no hobby, amateur try-guys but strive for excellence in our high-end custom solutions & products.
