I'm 40. I'm just starting up a Tiki Bar in Beijing. It'll be the first real Tiki bar in mainland China. New to this industry, it's a small place, around 50square meters, and we're going for a look which is approximating that of "3 dots and a dash" in Chicago, but likely a little less sophisticated. The bar is set in the old hutong streets of Beijing, between Andingmen and the Lama Temple.
