The concept is a representation of the Olympic flame. It is the symbol of the Olympic Games, therefore of sports in general. It has its origins in Ancient Greece, so somehow a reference to the name Hera - the Greek goddess.
The Olympic flame is also a symbol of perseverance and achieving the goal. There is a female face silhouette in the negative space of the flame, it indicates that this is a company exclusively devoted to female athletes.")

My proposal concept was to combine the location pins (representing the word \"locations\") and get an infinity sign (representing the word \"limitless\"), so the logo would represent perfectly the company name \"Limitless Locations\". I added a circle around them to fill in the remaining empty spaces but also to represent destinations anywhere around the globe.")
