We are a real estate property search site covering Thailand. The main offering is a real estate search engine and our clients are agents and developers wishing to promote their listings and themselves.

airbnb.com - love the simplicity. 1/3 of their space is used to get people started on their search. Nice large text and buttons. The other 1/3 of their space is used to give people and idea of what they might find inside.
trulia.com - I like that they ask "Are you an Agent? Meet the buyers and sellers searching on Trulia. Create a free account now. (No thanks, I'm not an agent.)"
Currently the frontpage is scattered and offering products to all visitor types.
1. Focus the content to the property searcher - either a renter or buyer - The landlords/sellers/agents/developers need to be sent to other site sections.
2. Make the search feature easy and attractive.
3. Look like a cutting edge web application design. Less is more.
What I like:
Logo / menu bar like Trulia - logo on same line as menu. I prefer the lower case rethai.com logo.
Search box - large like Zip Realty, HGTV or Apartments.com -
Search option like Rightmove.co.uk - one box with 2 buttons.
Large image featured property - rotating like airbnb.
Below the search box:
This can be any arrangement of elements, like ad, featured listing, facebook. Trulia, zip reality, Remax look good to me.
Current footer is fairly good.
Target audience: people looking to buy or rent in Thailand. This means a very multilingual audience, from both inside and outside Thailand.
There are 5 main cities for real estate in Thailand.
