BlackRock builds very high contemporary homes with an emphasis on style, efficiency and quality. We have developed a reputation for building really unique cool homes and want to expand out custom building portfolio. We want a website that complements the homes we build. We want fresh ideas, with a modern and cool look. The site design will allow for us to show off our recently completed homes with pictures. The design should be simple but effective.

- need to have a moderen design
- colours should be close to the logo or match
- needs to show logo of BlackRock, Energy Star and Home builders association and warranty logo
- links to the above need to placed uniquely
- new listing need to be showcased on the home page
