Never Touch Bottom
My client is a start-up company that has created a DVD to promote healthy living through a concept called "Never Touch Bottom". The exercise is treading water (not swimming). The DVD teaches you different techniques to keep yourself from touching bottom for specified periods of time. You set goals higher and higher the more physically fit you become. It promotes goal setting and discipline.
[important] The goal is to get yourself to a point where you “never touch bottom” and that mindset will translate into your daily life and affect you in a positive way. You will never give up on yourself in any situation, not just the water.
In reality, it's probably geared more toward the older crowd, but it really doesn't matter who you are, what ethnicity or age group. Anyone can benefit from this low cost, low impact exercise and life fitness concept.
