I have a DREAM and seek your assistance to make it reality. My idea was born while having a few drinks with a friend at a bar, as I'm most creative when a tad tipsy..aren't we all? ...HaHa.
Ok..Let me ask you a few question first? Do you hate rushing around at Christmas looking for gifts? Have you ever forgotten a special occasion (ie, anniversary) and been severely punished for it?
If you're a 'male' (or female) and have answered YES to all these questions, then you'll definitely use my service- Shopping Angels!!.
Shopping Angels is a brand new start-up online business that offers a tailored gift purchasing service to busy people (ie, executives, managers) or people who hate shopping.
This is not to be confused with another ecommerce website or a ‘grocery shopping service’ nor a business that runs errands for people . It’s a premium, high-end shopping service that specialises in finding the perfect gifts for your family and friends, while saving you time and money.
The messages that I would like to get across on the site are:
- Reliable and professional service
- Save time and money
- Takes all the hard work away
The site needs to show images of presents, giving and happy times. Therefore the web site should be seen to be: fresh, easy, simple, fast to use and uncluttered.
How Shopping Angels work
People ‘join’ the site by paying a small annual membership fee… they then enter the profiles of people for whom they may want to give gifts (wife, partner, husband, relatives, co-workers, etc.) incl. their likes and dislikes.
Members also indicate dates for which they’d like gifts purchased (birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.)
Shopping Angels then source a selection of 5 possible gifts per person, tailored to each individual’s likes, from which the member makes a choice.
The selected gift is then wrapped and delivered either to the member or to the person for whom he or she is buying the gift.
Time-poor, busy individuals (mainly corporate)

Once a user has signed up and listed profiles of gift recipients, he/she is not expected to re-visit the web site on a regular basis. User will come back to the web site and log into their account to do the following:
a. check the status of their orders
b. update their details
c. add/edit/delete more gift recipients to their list
d. renew their membership
e. update credt card details
f track status of their gifts purchase
g contact Shopping Angels (S.A.) to inquire, make a complaint..etc
