Calumross.com is a mortgage site for Canadians. We are looking to do a microsite focused on people who are going through a divorce or who are recently divorced. These people value financial advice and expertise, in the midst of a complicated and emotional time (divorce) and who also value customer service. The website should focus on the different factors that arise for a person who is in the middle of divorce/separation compared to the everyday consumer. It is key to note that the clients in this situation tend to be information seekers and are leaving a series of relationship (home, spouse, financial etc.).

The microsite needs to feel connected to calumross.com. We will be using some of the existing content as well. Given the nature of divorce, the tonality needs to reflect that (ie, we don't want bright colours that would seem out of place.) Given Calum Ross Mortgage primary clientele is educated, upper income people who value expertise and service, the site should reflect the professionalism of the office.

Navigation bar should include About Us, Divorce and your home, Protecting your credit, asset division, choosing a divorce lawyer vs. mediator, spousal support and child support
Design for additional pages (content to be determined) - would assume the additional design pages would be one consistent design.
