Help! Software company needs professional web site

We are a small software company based in Winnipeg, Canada (since 2007). Our primary business is custom software development, system design and project management services for small, medium and large companies. We are a high-end consulting shop with strong reputation for quality work and taking the time to understand our clients' business.

We also recently began developing proprietary web based product which we plan to release later this year.

The web site should be targeted towards general corporate/business audience that might be interested in our consulting services.

We would also like to emphasize our new product "BookedIN" on the web site's home page as this will be the first form of advertising for this product (we will be creating separate web site for this later).

Basically, have a look at the current site (http://www.coldwin.com) and make it look better (i.e. clean, consistent layout, menus, etc.).

specific notes:
- web site should have clean, simple and professional feel to it - not too "busy"
- please use 3D effects sparingly
- no images with people
- not looking to redesign company logo (we like it as is)... but feel free to play around with size and background colors, etc.
- "Home" and "Consulting" pages: would like client testimonials to stand out
- final design should have total 6 pages (as per copy deck)
- design files should be delivered in PSD format
