We would like to have a professional flash banner created for our online community

We are looking for someone who is familiar with the women's market as this is a community  for women who have reached a point in their lives where they are asking themselves "Is this all there is to life? There has to be more? I've done "what I'm suppose to" in life and "successful" but I feel as though there's something missing".

Reveolution is a community that will provide those women with the tools they need to find their own answers to those questions and to come together with other women who like themselves are searching for "more".

The name of the community rEVEolution is a spin on the word revolution.  We would like the EVE to stand out in the name.  We can try to capitalize the EVE so it stands out but I'm hoping we could maybe leave it in lower case but make it stand out using a different color or font style or any other ideas you may have 

Would also like to add our tag line to the banner.  Tag line is Discover ~ Claim ~ Be the Woman You Really Are.  The word "You" should be italicized or stand out in some way as YOU stands for You - the real you - not who you think you are :)

Right now Reveolution blends in to the site and we would like it to stand out.  Maybe make it a different color then the blues used right now but choose colors that blend in nicely. 

Would like to see what the banner would be like done in flash - Have a sparkle go through the name and tag line maybe or just through the header itself.    See a header example at http://www.crystalandrus.com

Open to having the banner "taller" and even changing the background that is presently being used.
