Project Control and Planning Consultants http://www.pcapc.com.au
As a brief background, I am a small operation who does construction/design planning work. The industry I am in needs the work (project schedules) done YESTERDAY, so I am pitching a service that consults on an hourly basis, remotely or face to face. I am pitching my new re-branded service as the following: Planning & Scheduling, Emergency/Urgent Planning, Primavera (Planning software) help etc.
We're aiming to emphasize that choosing a consultant at an hourly rate is a smarter option than paying someone on a salary.
Specific market would be engineering, construction, design contractors and consultants. Anyone really, mining operators, fox sports etc. Most organisation require a planner for pro-rata work.
Construction contractors, people doing google searches, traffic from word of mouth.
A killer homepage, plus a template for my other 3 pages (services, rates, contact)
Homepage that acts as the draw card, with an info capture, our main advertising/claims, our skype/msn/phone contact details. A very fresh/modern/bright/bold page. Nothing dull or too 'professional/high end' looking. Homepage could also include an element of the 'emergency/urgent' aspect (red cross etc.) Homepage to prompt the user to either leave their info or contact us.
Other three pages are a 'services' page (text can be abbreviated from http://www.pcapc.com.au), a rates/fees page and a contact page.
The old website at http://www.pcapc.com.au is too boring/plain and has too many words. we want to tell the reader what they want to hear, no more or less.
We're looking for something that's not your typical consulting website. Possibly on wordpress, but as long as we can edit the copy/body text of each page.
Aiming to convince the viewer that hiring a hourly rate consultant is better than a full time staffer or a freelancer.
