We are a physical therapy/chiropractic rehab facility expanding a current service in an attempt to capture an emerging market. We are a licensed provider of WorkSTEPS, the largest employment testing company in the nation. We have been providing testing for our clients for over 5 years now and we are beginning to expand south into Los Angeles.
Our product and services will do the following:
Ensure that hired employees will be able to safely perform the essential functions of their job
We will collect baseline measurements on where those employees are before they begin working so IF there is an injury, the employer is not paying for anything pre-existing
This is the key - if an employee is faking or making a false report of an injury we can give the employer objective medical findings that the injury is legitimate. No one else in LA provides these services.
On average, we save our clients 50% on their workers' comp costs in the first year of implementation.
Erzählen Sie uns, wer Sie sind und wen Sie erreichen wollen?
We are targeting corporations and municipalities of any size & any industry. We are targeting the: owners, HR managers, Safety Managers, Risk Managers of all businesses in LA.
We are also targeting insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, applicant attorneys, and nurse case managers.
The goal of this site is NOT to sell our product; it's for lead generation and to prod interest.
The main piece of the homepage will be centered around a video which will describe how our processes work. This will also describe the need in the market and the delivery of our services and how we have helped corporations and their employees create safer work places. The video will include testimonials. Everything around the video needs to be an intrical part of what the video will convey and that is this:
There is a workers comp problem in America & in LA
We can provide solutions that are legally defensible
We are part of the largest testing system with the largest data collection of physical measurements in the world
We can help companies save millions of dollars
We will also have a calculator on our site so prospects can enter their corporations or municipalities data to determine how much could be saved by using our services. 5 inputs are needed & a button to 'Solve'
There will be 7 tabs for other pages on the site.
There will need to be a place for "Upcoming Events" & "Press Release"
We would look at designs with these separated or joined with the 7 tabs providing a total of 9 tabs. We want you as the designer to be creative and 'run with this'.

The goal of this site is to attract employers and managers of corporations and municipalities. The theme is stop hiring people who cant perform the essential functions of the job, don't hire your next claimant, stop spending unnecessary money to settle fraudulent claims.
We want the homepage (which will be the theme for the rest of the site) to be clean and convey the message of 'relief'.
Attached is our logo. Yes, it is simple because that is the look we are going for. We don't want a busy website that is text heavy. We want to be the solution for the workers' comp problem, the last thing managers/owners need is a convoluted website with difficult navigation to find the data they need.
Also is a design template this is a 'guide'.
HR managers, safety managers & business owners are searching for a solution. We want to be their eharmony and make their job & their lives easier.
http://www.worksteps.com - unfortunately, our licensor has a terrible website - maybe the winner can submit a bid to them after they see how much better our site looks!
http://www.apple.com - yeah, we laugh too - but we like how 'clean' the site looks. nothing too busy or wordy or people get bored & leave
http://www.jobreadyservices.net - again, nothing like this. this is a licensed WorkSTEPS provider in NC and wanted you to see what others are doing, we want to do it better
