I need to have an order page revised.
The current order page is

Attached I have the original psd for the current design and some jpegs of some designs that I want it to be similar to.
The order information will be on the left and the order form on the right. The terms of the order will be underneath the order information part.
I really like they layout of this order page but we are not selling muscle building supplement but rather weight loss and the look and feel has to be similar to our current website.

The LeanBodyX in the attachment and the NitroMuscle Mass ones are good to get inspiration from.
The order form should be designed in a way so that if we add more information to the order form, then it can expand down further if need be.

Need to have it look really sharp and professional.
Note that we are selling only one option on the sales page, so make sure there is not more than one option. That one option is to get a trial and they just pay for the shipping and handling.
