Breathtaking web page design for a beachfront development in the Bahamas

Allamanda Bay

Allamanda Bay will be the name of a new residential development in the Exumas, Bahamas. This small boutique community will be situated on a beautiful sandy beach with cool ocean breezes and overlooking calm turquoise waters. Our target audience is affluent couples and families seeking to make living the Exuma dream a reality.

It should be clean, elegant, expensive looking but more relaxed than pretentious. A high-end place, but less fancy cocktail party and more shorts on the beach and getting away from the city to enjoy a week on the sand with the kids and a good book

The home page should be clean and simple with great photography, our logo, and a menu bar with the following options: Development, About, Gallery.

The Development page will provide all of the details about the property, will include a lot plan of the development, and the view of the ocean from each lot.

The About page will introduce the builder, provide information about Exuma, things to do, etc.

The Gallery page will provide numerous photos of the development and surrounding areas.

We would like a footer at the bottom with either an additional menu bar or with our contact information.

We are open to any ideas.

We are not concerned with the specific content at this point. We are looking for designs. If you have to use filler text to show the content, that is fine.
