A redesign of the site @ http://australianmacadamia.com.au is required. There will be some differences to the new site than the current one.
In particular the dropping of the Growing section and inclusion of the Macadamia Story section.
So the main categories in the navigation will be:
When designing the navigation there must be room for Growing to be re-added at a later date.
As far as the menu's go, I am going to use a menu component which allows images
to be used in hierarchal menu structures. For an example goto:
and then click the 'preview' button for 'MyGosu Menu Picture Demo'. I am very keen to use this MyGosu Menu Picture type of menu in the design. I don't mean use their graphics, please design something new to fit with the site. But it is the component I will use and the type of thing I like.
You will see that item 1 , item 2, etc.. are images. 1 image for normal state
and another for rollover. These can look however you want. The sub items aren't
pictures though, but you can choose the color scheme.
As I said the design needs to be engaging, clean and stylish. The company has just completed a rebranding strategy and the new logo, business cards and letter head can be found on the following ftp site:
The design needs to tightly complement what the existing cards and letter head look like.
I will leave it up to the designer to whether they believe the design should be fixed width or fluid/variable width. If the designer chooses fixed width then it should be centered and a suitable background must be incorporated into the design for those viewing with large screen resolutions. No fixed width sites sitting in the middle of a screen with no background to nicely finish it off please.
The tagline is 'Naturally, the best'
Layered PSD files are required and the winning designer would need to sign over copyright upon final payment.
