Adult webcam site design - $300 up to $400

I need a design for an adult webcam chat site. I need it simple, professional and user friendly.
If the design is great, I will pay you with $400.
Please do not post adult pictures here, because it's against Sitepoint's TOS.

- The main colors will be black and red - you choose the exact colour, you are the pro.
- The content and the whole site must be centered

- This design is very important to be high quality
- no logo is necessary
- I would like you to use icons, wherever you can, they are important in user interface. You may choose what icon packages you like from here (istockphoto.com) and I will pay for them.
- Please design the home page where all on-line performers are shown, a signup page, a my account page, an administration page and an extra content page. The content pages are jsut derivations from the main design, you only have to do them after you are called the winner. When you post your entry, you just post the main design.
