KOHZAD BAR AND RESTAURANT
Kohzad means 'born of the mountain'. We are a restaurant who are passionate about produce and where we source it. Making sure we are obtaining wine and food which are both true to their region and seasonal. The service is fast paced; the waiters are boisterous; the music we'll be playing includes The Doors, Johnny Cash, Tom Waits - not that boring Cafe Del Mar!
The service is very informative, with all staff knowing the entire 5 page wine list and also where the produce is from, how it is cooked and when it arrived in the restaurant.

Melbourne foodies, 22-45 young people with income, inner city workers, we are in the business district, but we still want to be vibrant and new. People who want to come for a coffee in the morning, a business lunch, beers with their mates in the afternoon, and a romantic degustation with their partner on a saturday night.
We need a font for the menu, a logo and these both to tie in with the vertical sign out the front of the building.
The logo we are looking at a mountain very simple line with the name encompasing, or within.
We want it to look european, rustic but elegant.
The writing more cursive but not over the top.
