No particular style is required, though proposed designs must represent the premium quality of our brands. Designs may incorporate graphics in a similar style to O-vation.com.au, or go the complete opposite direction with a letterpress one/two colour conservative - whatever YOU think will express the O-vation brand values best. If at all possible, try to make clear that this is a business in arts and entertainment (especially if you're using colour in your designs).
Please create something outstanding, and outside the proverbial box. Generic designs will not be received well - we've already gone through about a hundred drafts in-house, and have chosen to run this contest to find exciting and original ideas from you. Some of these designs have been attached to this brief - please keep in mind that these are FAILED ideas.
We've used the fonts "Nexa Bold" and "Nexa Light" in our current visual identity, but do not let this limit your concepts as I personally feel that these fonts don't translate well to small print. All design elements are up to you, however - don't let our existing visual identity limit your ideas.

It is not necessary to use the logo as is - it's encouraged to separate the O-vation name from the O- logo (and don't use "O-vation Group" at all - use "O-vation" instead).
