We are a real estate team. I'm looking for something to reflect that Raleigh is City of the Oaks, that we are working with every level of seller and buyer, but keeping in mind that our average price is around $350,000 for a home. I'm trying to reach a higher priced seller/buyer without making our 150K townhouse buyers and sellers feel uncomfortable.
I've included a specific file with some ideas we had come up with, a color palette and the font we had settled on was Batang, though I'm open to other ideas for everything.

I had been working with a designer and identified a color palette, a font and some rough concepts for the logo and some accessory design elements for smaller marketing pieces. I'm open to other ideas as well, but wanted to share the progress we'd made.
