Please create a "24 by "24 hanging For Sale sign for our real estate team, the Brian Fox Team. I have attached the logo for the Brian Fox Team logo to be at the top of the sign. I have also attached a 24 by 24 sign that we use for our other real estate company to give an idea of dimensions. I do like the sign and its layout BUT I I'm not in love with it, but the look is appealing. The ".5% to list" I do want to stick out somewhat as the hope is to get more business from visitors to the property. Please get creative with the feel. Remember, we want the people driving by to see the .5% to list and also to know that it is point 5 percent and not 5 percent because no one will care about 5% that is a standard list charge. It doesn't have to be in the layout order below but those are the items I need on the signs.
