We are a Real Estate Brokerage that sells apartment buildings, commercial property and occasionally single family residences.

We need a Real Estate For Sale sign.
The sign needs to include the following:

-Company Name: J.A.M. Properties, Inc.

-Company logo (attached below)

We would prefer a sleek modern, professional looking sign that stands out from the crowd.
That being said, please avoid the typical hokey and corny single family residential styles.
We are mostly a commercial brokerage so we don’t want stuff that has house graphics on it. Essentially, we want a “for sale” sign that doesn’t just apply to one type of real estate building class.

The green in the attached logo is the color we use for our existing business cards and letterheads, but if you have any other colors or color schemes that you think would go well with or be superior to the green then feel free to explore. We are not opposed to adding additional colors as well.

The sign can be designed either horizontally or vertically.
Horizontal Dimensions - 24" x 36" (Height x Width)
Vertical Dimensions - 36" x 24" (Height x Width)

According to the company that will be printing the sign, the resolution should be 150 DPI or greater considering the size.
