For this book cover design, I used Photoshop to create a clean and modern look that reflects the theme of self-acceptance and neurodiversity. I started by choosing a minimalist layout to ensure the title, Adult Autism Unmasked, remains the focal point. The typography is bold and straightforward, conveying clarity and confidence.
The butterfly was a key element in my design—symbolizing transformation, diversity, and freedom. I carefully selected a vibrant, multi-colored butterfly to represent neurodivergence and individuality. Using Photoshop, I enhanced the colors, adjusted the contrast, and ensured it stood out beautifully against the white background.
For the subtitle and author’s name, I opted for a clean, sans-serif font to maintain readability and a professional feel. I also aligned all the elements with precise spacing to create balance and harmony.
Overall, my goal was to design a cover that feels empowering, inviting, and reflective of the book’s message.
