The client wanted a minimalist, modern and with a cute warm Brooklyn vibe design, featuring a sketch of a bicycle with Brooklyn or Bike BK incorporated on it somehow.
I first created a minimal vector sketch of a Brooklyn style bike to represent the shop and the Brooklyn vibe. Then, in the process of creating the image, I placed the illustration of the bike next to the client’s logotype in the new document, and I saw clearly that the 2 wheels of the bike could replace the double ‘O’ from ‘Brooklyn’. And this worked perfectly to incorporate ‘Brooklyn’ in the sketch of the bike.
