Banange is a Luganda word which means "all my friends". It is usually used an an exclamation in Uganda, when one sees or hears something interesting and wants all their friends and family to know. "Banange!" look at this albino hippopotamus! We want out logo to somehow convey this: friendship, togetherness, family, etc.
Currently, all the local Ugandan beers are branded aiming to convey exclusivity and elegance. The beers are named things like "Senator" and "Nile Gold". While we might like to have some of that, we would also like to be fun, fresh, friendly, colorful - or any mix those.
We might (not a must) like the beer label to somehow convey Ugandan/African-ness. For example, you could use the Ugandan flag colors, agriculture, etc.
We would like the label to have the following text on the bottle:
1. Banange Blonde
2. 5.4% Blonde Ale
3. Ingredients: Ugandan barley, water, yeast and hops.
4. Banange Brewing Company
5. A Ugandan blonde ale made from local barley and a generous serving of cascade and centennial hops.
6. Banange Brewing Company was founded in 2017 and strives to bring hand-crafted beer of the highest quality to the lips of people in Uganda. Questions or comments? Contact BanangeBrewing@gmail.com
