To design an event poster A2 size, the design of which should be able to be adapted to a DL brochure, website, tv commercial and possibly into merchandise.
We want to engage the customer with our brand and to encourage them to purchase a ticket to the event.
Being our 20th anniversary we are looking at encouraging people that have been to the event before to come back as well as encourage new visitors.
Our difference from other festivals and concerts in wine regions are the setting - plenty of space to spread out. The fact that we have more than one winery on site (most others have one only), the quality and range of food available.
The main thing our customers remark about the event is the "atmosphere". It's fun and friendly, relaxed and laid back. Probably because of the range in ages and the space that is available. People mostly come with friends. lots will dress up (fancy dress).
Our demographics are 60% 20 to 40 years of age, 53% female. Age ranges from kids under 18 (although not encouraged, children under 12 are free) through to people in their 60's + 60% live in Sydney (2 hrs away), 20% local hunter valley.
Not looking for - heavy wine or jazz themes
Looking for - fresh, fun, contemporary, emphasis on our 20th anniversary
