The name of the book is "How to Pick Your People" and the subtitle is "The Simple Science of Choosing Your Friends, Partners, and Employees".
It is going to be a hardcover book so we need a full jacket design (cover, spine, back, flaps). Use the attached template for size and layout.
Positioning surveys found that the common visuals associated with "picking your people" are a line or crowd of people with certain ones smiling and standing out (possibly brighter than others?), while others look antagonistic, angry, fearful, sad, or apathetic (possibly a mixture of this), and kind of just "blend in" and don't stand out. Obviously both men and women and different races should be included if actual stock photos are to be used.
This should be the framework to work within visually, but feel free to get creative regarding a line or crowd, actual stock photos or vector work, etc. People's faces grab attention more than anything else, so the design should definitely include faces.
As this book is meant to help people choose friends, partners, and employees that will enhance their lives, that could be expressed visually too (casual "friend"-looking people, stylish "out to date" looking people, business-dressed people).
