The agent is going to go over why that seller should choose to work with them and our company - ERA Grizzard - and the value to working with us. We want to be impressive, yet engaging and focused on that seller.
We’re an innovative company who focuses on non-traditional marketing techniques to really showcase that seller’s home. We’re also family, owned and operated since 1968 and have a brand image of trustworthiness and professionalism. We want this presentation to be similar to our branding on the attached examples. However, we really want it to stimulate conversation and be interesting for the seller to look at.
It’s fine if the majority of the slides aren’t editable in microsoft powerpoint. However, we will need slide 3 (agent profile) to be edited by each agent.
We want the look to be modern and fresh. Feel free to get creative while using our current branding as a takeoff point!
