I sell real estate in the Boston area

I'm mailing a postcard to a small geographic area where I have traditionally sold the nicest homes. The front of the postcard should use the attached image for a background. the text should be "Wondering what your home is worth in TODAY'S market??"

on the back I would like to include "my track record for selling East Boston's finest" (see attached spreadsheet for those addresses) with my header image along the top

These are image overlays set up to the correct dimensions for a bleed design that you can insert into your design program that will illustrate the print specifications.

Download the .png starter file(s) to your desktop. To do this, (Windows) Right+Click on the link and choose "Save Link As..." or (Mac) Ctrl+Click on the link and choose "Download Linked File"
Create a new document in your design program and insert the starter file image
Design your postcard in a new layer.
Delete the starter file layer.
Upload the file in .pdf or another acceptable file format.
