Real Estate Marketing Piece to high end clientele

I need an ad designed for the back cover of a Kitchen Tour book. Very high end demographic. I am looking for more of a branding piece.

I want you to be creative. But elegant is very important. This is a very traditional and high end town. It is also a beach town so a 'beachy' feel may be great!

Looking to get across the points below.

I have included my logo, as well as a mailing piece that I send out to this community. I would want this marketing piece to be a reflection of what I send out.

I also included a 10 best logo that I received for customer service if you would like to use it or if you can fit it in and hit the point home, then great.
