Krystal Wilkinson received the Allen Hager Legislative Advocacy Award from the Home Care Association of America in recognition of her distinguished service in legislative advocacy for senior care in Arizona.

Krystal Wilkinson is the President and Owner of Adultcare Assistance Homecare with locations in both Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. Her passion for home care began when her husband, a cancer survivor, needed care that stretched her capabilities. She discovered that some home care companies focused on cutting costs at the expense of family safety. Protecting clients has been her pursuit through enhancing quality of life, educating the community and advocating for employer based agencies. The past three years, Krystal has been Chair of HCAOA Arizona allowing her to collaborate with an active leadership team of home care executives dedicated to elevating standards to protect the clients we serve. As a result, the most distinguished hospitals in Arizona have started directing discharge planners to exclusively recommend members of the HCAOA.
