This is a flyer for the sale of a commercial building that is worth around $15 million USD. So we are selling to wealthy individuals or corporate investment companies. Needs to look corporate and business-like while still being modern and slick.
Was inspiriert Sie und wie stellen Sie sich das Design für Ihr Unternehmen vor?
An A4 sized flyer with our logo and then photos of the property and text. I only want one side designed but we will then use the template to change images and text to do the other side. Please supply Adobe Illustrator file as that is the software that we use.
Weitere Anmerkungen
Our logo is attached and our colours are reflex blue and pantone orange 1505c. I would like to incorporate these colours into the design to form a border that incorporates our logo. I would like the flyer to incoroprate 3 images (one large and two smaller), several paragraphs of text, our logo and then a reasonable area for us to put agent contact details and our office phone number which is 02 9418 6555. The flyer needs a headline For Sale- A Grade Industrial Investment and then maybe some bullet points. Then some text paragraphs as well. Please see attached three images and our logo.
