We are looking for an outside the box design that is eye catching. We don't want another NYC skyline or architecture photo or an empty gym. Where the big brokerages are focused on fees and commissions we want to highlight that we focus on getting the best returns for our clients.
Page 1 would be about Park River and our individual property management (ICM) services which includes managing properties from A-Z. See http://www.park-river.com. Some ideas we have are a clock that has different images for where the numbers go (one number on the clock could be like a stock graph that represents our analysis and return for clients, another a wrench to represent maintenance, etc.). Also maybe could have the four seasons represented in the image and say something like "we work around the clock so you don't have to" "for you it's always summer" and have an image of a person on the beach and under the beach is an image representing our full services that are going on in the background and around the clock. Include something that says, welcome the new ceo of Park River Properties, Elena Smirnova! Include her contact info: Elena A. For the second page we want to advertise our two buildings. The page should be split in half horizontally (one building per half). One of our buildings is called The Vantage and the other is Nine52. https://www.nine52.com/ https://thevantagenyc.com/ Buzz words are: immediate occupancy, new development, great up-side, top of the line amenities.
The Vantage - highlight the amenities but with people shown in them, not just plain photos of the amenities. Also the main "Advantage of Vantage" are the prices - they are priced very well and have a lot of upside. "Take advantage of Vantage! Great pricing, location, and up-side!" Use the photo of our roof deck and include phrase "Empire State Building in your backyard" Include contact info:

Nine 52- highlight the amenities as well as pricing - which is the best in Hell's Kitchen, the unique layouts (we have several duplex townhouses that are within a condo building so people get the benefits of the amenities and 24 hour doorman but also the spaciousness of a townhouse), and lastly the location of Nine52 is amazing - right in the middle of Hell's Kitchen and on 9th avenue which is Restaurant Row.
Use this phrase: " Nine52 is your key to an exclusive, private garden and park in the sky in Midtown, Manhattan."
We would like to feature the beautiful garden and roofdeck so people can feel like they found an oasis in the city. Use the photos attached.
