Create a Direct Marketing Postcard for Real Estate Agent!

We work for Re/max and help people buy and sell real estate.
The target audience are potential residential home sellers.

I want to design a direct mail postcard that I can send out to people. Preferably 5.5 x 8.5 size. I need to have a few things in it.
1. A call to action
2. My logo and contact information. I've attached some of the remax logos that you can use. doesn't have to be both.

In terms of the feel I want something that is warm and friendly. Something not too complicated for the person reading it.
Some more information about me:
- I sold 30 homes last year. Average agent sold 6
- I sell my homes for 103% of the listed price compared to the average agent that sells theirs for 99%
-My homes sell on average in 11 days compared to the average agent with 29 days.
- I sold 80% of the homes I placed on the market compared to the average agent at 66%.

I would prefer not having all of them listed on the card together. These are listed to help create something original and creative. I don't want to make it like all the other realtor ads.
