Our goal is to help more people achieve their dreams of owning a home. I've co-authored a book called: Rent to Own Essential Guide for Homebuyers. This book if for people who are tired of renting and want a house, but the banks say NO! There 14 chapters in all. They are jam-packed with stories of real people, real examples and step-by-step, actionable advice.
The primary target audience: divorced people, new immigrants, couples with bad credit, self-employed people.
The secondary target audience: real estate agents (Rent to own is new to them.) What they don't know is that Rent to Own can actually generate more potential income for them. So our goal is to educate realtors so that they can educate homebuyers. Mortgage rules in Canada are getting tighter and tighter, so Rent to Own is an important alternative financing option for both the homebuyer and the real estate agents serving the homebuyers' needs.
I would like to have a bookmark designed. The size of the bookmark is 7 inches x 2.5 inches. It will be printed on card stock, in full colour. The design should be double-sided (front side with maximum impact, and back side with less impact, but still ties in nicely to the front).
IMPORTANT: The target audience for the book mark are real estate agents. They benefit the most from understanding how rent to own works so they can better service more homebuyers. We would like to offer real estate agents a complimentary copy of the book to help them learn how Rent to Own works. The book is currently available on Amazon.com for $19.97 (USD).
I've uploaded an image of the book in case any designers wish to use it. The designers have total creative freedom with copy, layout and images. I have mocked up some suggestions (see word doc). But I am open to any ideas from the pros who wish to submit something creative. The winning design will be the one that catches the attention of busy, pre-occupied realtors who don't have a clue what Rent to Own is and how it can help their business.
