This will be an ad promoting our brand in a prominent local magazine. This is a new market for us, and we've run 3 previous ads introducing our brand. This next ad will give more information about our company in a way that's engaging, informative and representative of who we are as a company - innovative yet focused on our community and building relationships.
I want you to be creative with this design and I'd like to be able to manipulate it for future use. I'm imagining that this ad will be part infographic and part "letter from the editor". I want one section of it to be a visually appealing timeline of our company and involvement in the community. I have some examples of what we've done before but I'd like to bring a more personal touch to it by incorporating actual photos of our company of the year. The other section of the ad will have a clear headline, room for about 3 paragraphs, and will be from our owner- Gus Grizzard. You can see an example of this in the other ad that I've attached. I'm envisioning the left 1/3 of the ad to be our timeline/infographic about our company and the right portion to be that letter from the editor with a clear headline. The portion with the timeline or infographic might even look good as an interesting collage - a mixture of photos and the facts (not the traditional infographic). I'd also like our yard sign to be a main feature of the right side of the ad.
Please, feel free to get creative! I'd love to see some new ideas!
Headline: The Story Behind the Sign
We like to be very consistent with our branding and I've attached examples of work before. The main points are our colors. Our logo CANNOT be altered in any way.
I'm really looking forward to see what you come up with! Please get creative and I'm more than happy to give input :)

Headline:The Story Behind the Sign
“It all started with one man in a converted airplane hanger overlooking Lake Griffin. He sold Central Florida orange groves, commercial properties, and in 1969 his first home for $44,000.
That man was my dad, Tom Grizzard.
As more and more families turned to Tom’s team for their Real Estate needs, our company outgrew one office after the next.
My dad wanted to provide his agent the latest training and technology as the industry evolved. This led him to join ERA Real Estate whose use of the fax machine was cutting edge technology in the 1970’s.
I purchased company in 2007 during one of the worst downturns in Real Estate. Despite the economy, we continued to grow by staying true to who we are - a team dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and exceptional service.
We’re proud to have grown into six offices across Central Florida and are backed by a team of over 150 full-time Realtors.
Since Tom sold his first home in 1969, to helping over X families with their Real Estate needs in 2015, our priority has remained the same - our relationships with our agents, clients, and communities.” - Gus Grizzard Broker/Owner | ERA Grizzard Real Estate
