I am a Newborn Intensive Care doctor and lecturer who is in need of a crisp, vibrant and professional Powerpoint background/template for a talk whose title is "The Aim."

The audience will include doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers (all members of the clinical care team) from 30 hospitals (200-300 people) in our region who are coming together to collaborate with each other with the intention (or "Aim") of improving the quality and safety of care that we provide to the newborns in our region.

Although all suggestions and ideas are welcome, I usually use darker blue background colors with bright contrasts.
