Zusammenfassung
A monument sign to be placed at a prominent intersection announcing the entrance to substantial business park. The business park is located across from a major mall/shopping center. This sign will be the entrance to a 3,000,000sf park consisting of warehous, flex and office product.

The sign should be around 15' long and 8' tall and internally lit. This should make a dramatic statement, be clear and legible, elegant but masculine.
Wünsche
- Grand Tri-State Business Park, business park does not need to be as prominent as Grand Tri-State.
- Needs to be visible from far away and the writing needs to be on both sides so that cars can see it coming fromboth directions.
- Perhaps in a v shape so that it can be angled to be seen in multiple directions
- Needs to be lit
- Clear and legible

- I dont want too many colors, it is an entrance to an office park so 3 colors maximum
- i dont want fancy fonts
