We have a very old header image of 770x120 here in use on our site at http://www.di.fm

I have long lost the original file to that image. And now we have a new logo I'd like to gradually introduce instead of the circular shape with http://www.di.fm under it that you see. I am attaching the new logo.
What I would like:
1) Create a new 770x120 header image that would be very similar in color tones. It doesn't have to look the same, you can make it look better than the current one. But it does need to be very similar in style to the rest of site now so that people will not notice that much of a difference in the ambiance.
2) Incorporate our new logo into this new header, the new logo is attached (note, in case you are confused, there should NOT be any mention of http://www.di.fm spelled out in the final header image. Take that all out.)
3) The new tagline to use in the header should be "addictive electronic music". Spelled exactly like that, lowercase.
If you'd like to see an example of this logo on grey background along with one acceptable form of seeing the tagline see here:
DO NOT: do not change the logo shape or dimension, or font, or relative size of icon vs the text. Use proper constraints when resizing to fit, that's all.
