In addition to the winner’s payment, we’ll offer to buy a few additional entries for cash. If you are not a winner, but would still like to see your design on doogma, simply let us know and we’ll consider adding it to the site.
Recently launched “doogma” – home of customization and personalization is willing to pay you for excellent creative designs of anything that can be customized or configured. Designs can be illustrations, 3D CAD designs or even photographs provided that you own/have bought the copyright for us to use it on the site.
We have developed a Generic Configurator – which means that if you can present your design, pic or product as layers in Photoshop or the GIMP, we can let users easily configure, change colors and customize the design for their needs.
We’re looking for designs of ANYTHING. If you think it fits the doogma concept – go for it. (see examples in Target Audience section).
Successful designers who “get the concept” may be hired in the future to work with doogma clients to work on projects to be commissioned by doogma.
Designers, marketers, ecommerce sites, shop owners, businesses and anyone who might want to use doogma.
Some examples of Designs that can be Customized on doogma:
a. Furniture – configurable cabinets, closets, with several options for shelving, contents, etc.
b. Logo designs – where the user picks which colors work best
c. CARS – take a standard car photo and show what the car would look like after an original paint job
d. Industrial Design – design an original product and let your customer choose the final color scheme or configuration
e. Fashion – want to show what colors or dresses or jewelry will look like on you or on a model?
f. Satire – let users test what Barak Obama would like if he had a different skin color or if dressed in different clothes
We’re looking for quality creative designs that can be used to promote the concept of doogma – easy customization and personalization by the user.
Your design should be submitted to us as a Photoshop or GIMP file with several transparent layers that compose the final picture. At least some of the layers should have several options i.e. the user will choose whether the configuration they want will include layer number 3 or layer number 4 (which should be interchangeable).
If you want, you can also include your own suggestions for color palettes or fabric samples to be used for one or several layers.
The resolution of the layers should be 1420 (width) X 940 (height) but should also look good when scaled down to 450 (width) X 300 (height).
Submit your suggestions just as you would for any other 99designs project – but try to include several pics to show what the pic will look like with different layers included.
To get a better understanding of the concept, please visit http://www.doogma.com . I’ll gladly answer any questions you may have.
We want a few excellent submissions that can promote the doogma concept. However, we’d also like to add lots of good content to the site, so if you’d like to submit several submissions of basic but customizable designs (such as logos, stationery, website designs or whatever), we’ll be glad to have them.
