We need you to create professional looking documents that can be put into a PDF format and downloaded from our website, printed out, completed by the applicant and then faxed back to us.
I have a habit of awarding a prize before the 7 seven days are up. So, please don't wait until the last minute to submit your entry.

- Must look professional
- Won't take up a lot of ink when printed out
- We would like some colors used in the creation of these applications
- Applications must look good in black in white also for faxing purposes
- All these application must have a uniform look to them
