I'm attaching very amateur examples of a newsletter that I produced in the past. I definitely want to improve the quality and layout, but it will give you some idea. The top will have my logo (group logo and company logo...both of which can hopefully be taken from my 4-page property brochure for 1010 Straightaway).
The newsletter is currently called "Arrowood Living". I want the newsletter title on top with the publication date and issue #. I might, however, change the name as I expand geographically.
I often include some houses that are for sale, or that have sold; these would be my listings.
I include one or two main articles about a current, relevant topic.
I include generic info, such as a call to action (ie: call/email me for a confidential home evaluation, etc.)
On the bottom I have been including my photo and contact info. This might change and go on the bottom of page 2? I'm open to variation.
I intend to start adding a section with a monthly calendar of events. This would probably be a chronological list of activities, rather than a monthly calendar.
I might start promoting other businesses (ie: local golf course or restaurant) and offer discounts. Or it might be my own give-away.
I'll probably also have a QR code for my own website, that will need to be improved. http://www.DougWestGroup.com
I'm open to other ideas. I want the newsletter to look professional. Full-bleed is preferred. The columns can be were properties are showcased, or it can be on the bottom. It just needs to look professional and promote my branding.
I had been making my newsletters in Word, but it I need to use another program, please advise. Remember, drag and drop is what I am looking for.
I've always done a tri-fold but I might be open to creating a 3-fold pamphlet style. It's different from what I've been doing, so I'm not certain, but it would be interesting to see how it looks too.
