We are a funky property business based in Bristol, England.
What I would like you to produce is a design of a Newsletter, designed around the text I have supplied, with the logo supplied, and which has a number of pictures in most of the pages to illustrate the text.
We will be looking to reuse the template for this newsletter every quarter so can you design it to allow us to reuse the template – or if need be for us to come back to you, the winning designer, to input the content once we have got the design agreed, so that we have the same look and feel for the next couple of years.
I have uploaded the text, the logo, the pictures for you to use and chose from and also a number of items that have already been designed, for you to take your cue from.
Please note that in the text, I have embedded some instructions - in red -for you to chose specific photos for certain pages - for example, when giving a case study about Ellsworth Road, I have asked you to use the Ellsworth Road photos, which are named as such. Once you follow the instructions in ref, please delete the instructions (in red) so that they are not visible!
We already have had a number of brochures designed, so it would be good if you followed the style of the brochures - so the things we like so far are the header, the logo, the colouring of the brochure - especially the TGPC Mentoring Overview, and the placement of the images into 'picture boxes' to give a light feel, whilst still being contemporary. All our current material are the files that start TGPC…’ for you to get a good idea of what we are looking for.
We are looking for a modern feel, with the greys, the soft greens and plenty of space around the text, to give a light, modern and spacey feel to the design.
i will be on hand to give plenty of feedback, so I look forward to working with you. Susannah
Files - the text for the newsletter is held in 99 Designs Investor March 2014 News Letter.
Please look at the 5 documents, all starting with TGPC, to see the type of design we are looking for - please follow that trend. I especially like the facebook cover.
I have included a number of 'lifestyle' photos - all named for the content of the photo, but which have 'lifestyle' at the end of them so you can see that there are close up shots of home living. We like these and ask that you liberally use them, to make the document more 'sexy'!
I have also uploaded a number of property photos. Each one is a good example of our work, so please do use. Please note, in the word document ‘99 Designs Investor March 2014 News Letter' I have put in some case studies of specific properties. I have also written in red instructions to you to use particular property photos. Can you match the property photo (EG Osborne Road ones) with the case studies. All have been names well to make it easier for you! Please then remember to delete the red instructions, they are not text, they are there for you!
I have also uploaded the team fun photo - will upload a second more serious one as well.
I have uploaded a number of logos, so you can chose the one you work best with.
I have also asked you to do a header and a footer – using the data held in the Letterhead file, which starts ‘TGPC’
i think that is about it - please do contact me if you want to ask any questions - happy to help.
The newsletter is 7 pages of text at the moment, but please play around with it to see how you think it is best to lay it out...
We will print this news letter, and also send it out as a pdf, for your info, via email.
Please note - we don't expect you to use all the photos - they are there so you can pick and chose your preferred images for the newsletter...
