This website will be used more to take screen shots of each page to put in a presentation that will be used to green light a more intensive tech build out.
Homepage: a very sleek and sophisticated home page with a search bar in the middle and a picture of New York. On the top it should have a bar that says "About, Buy, Sell, Rent, New Developments, Neighborhoods, Agents, Log IN, and Join"
About US: A description of who we are and our mission
For Sale: This link will lead to a map with a lot of search functions and parameters as seen on brownharrisstevens.com website. You can search by neighborhood, price, property type, etc.
Agents: A link with a bunch of fill-in pictures and names of different agents that work at the company similar to http://www.compass.com
Log in: This is the most important part. Each broker who works at our company will have a log in that will launch a personal portal. This will be similar to the canvas pictures that I uploaded in the "other" section of this form. This portal will allow brokers to edit their personal profile, manage their listings, access important resources such as documents like "commission agreement," "list of approved photographers," "list of floorplan creators," and more. This portal will also allow brokers to upload documents such as "new listing." This whole profile will interact with a manager on the other side. For example, if a broker wants to upload a new listing, they will have a checklist of everything they need to upload and get approved before something were to go live on the consumer facing side of the website. Other categories in the dashboard will be "pay dues," "contact manager," and others TBD. For this draft, it is less important that this works. What is more important is to get this to a place where a screenshot will illustrate the function and appearance of this internal software.
