MuBu Properties Ltd needs a Logo & Website

MuBu Properties Ltd

We are a (very) small property investment company, based in Switzerland, that buys houses or flats in poor condition and renovates them. Afterwards the properties will either be rented out to tenants or sold with a profit.

We are primarily focusing on the UK housing market (outside, not near London).

Our target group for the website are business-partners, that want to work with us and investors that want to invest their savings in property through our company.

Business-Partners: Tradesmen, Builders, Lettings-Agents, Estate-Agents etc.

Investors: 40+ years old, looking for low-risk investments that promise a reasonable return on investment (unlike bank accounts that offer ~0% interest today)

We don't want a Jimdo site. We're looking for a simple "one-page" design with +/- static html5/css.

- We only want to have one page (single page website) .
- It should be clean & tidy.
- Only few or no animations or transitions effects.
- Mobile-friendly (or even mobile-first)
- The main colors should be blue, purple maybe green
- The logo can be with other colors, but has to go nicely with the web-site colors.
- Stock-fotos should feature classical UK houses (e.g. NOT the London Skyline or skyscrapers )

The page should feature:
- a classic in-page-scroll-navigation (and language chooser de/en). the navigation should be changed to a burger-menu in the mobile-version.
- a top section with logo (some slogan we don't know yet), image
- a section with description of the company and what we do
- a section with a few property examples (image & description)
- a section with the team description
- a testimonials section
- a small section featuring logos of our business-partners
- a small section with logos describing our company (e.g. that we are a member of https://www.landlords.org.uk/ and https://www.tpos.co.uk/ etc.)
- a contact form with the following fields: name, email, phone, message
- a footer with details of our company (contact info, address phone etc.) and with various links to "T&C", "data protection & privacy statement", social-media sites
