Create modern logo for real estate company in Austin Tx

we have 3 lines of business. a place for investors to invest in real estate. we buy and sell luxury realty. and we educate on how to do what we do.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.

I have been in this business for over 20 years. my wife and I started this business together 4 years ago. the name of our company is GDL.
which stands for our 5 kids. Gavin, Garner, Devin, Dillon and Lindsey.
we are a modern company and like modern styles and colors

im open, but like modern. really like the colors aqua blue, red and yellow and like the neutral color of grey... not necessarily all together though. I believe there should be 3 pictures in the logo of our 3 lines of business so it explains what we do.
for investments have a graph going up??
for buying and selling real estate a house??
for education a book??
then below GDL and the logos have the words:
